With the last warm rain a few weeks ago, we noticed some termite swarming activity in our yard and called Arnest Termite Control. They came out that very day and prepared an estimate that we received a few days later. Their estimate was concise and compared with the other estimates we asked for from different vendors. We haven't committed to a company for any work yet but so far we've been pleased with the service provided by Arnest Termite Control.

Purchased carpet/wood laminate flooring recently and wanted to warn those that are considering purchasing from Carpeteria. READ THE FINE PRINT of the contract, because it basically gives them license to destroy your condo/home. The Mexican (spoke almost no English) Demo crew they sent were late, unprofessional, broke toilet, dented refrigerator, broke light, dented/marked up freshly painted walls, took 2 days versus the one day guarantee installation....I could go on, but I think you get the picture. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

Rayner Landscaping in Novato should be AVOIDED at all costs. They are total hacks who will say they can do great work, but will leave you left holding the bag for fixing their mistakes. Additionally, the owner will tell you anything you want to hear until he gets your check then he's gone. We had to finish the job ourselves.

Nice showroom and great customer service. Of course I started my flooring search at home depot and floorcraft. There was no one to answer questions, or that even seemed knowledgable. The guys at armstrong guided me through the selection process and their installers did a great job on a linoleum installation. I definately know where to go for my nest floor!
