Do not call these people!!! They come to clean your furnace and break it. Then when you call them back and they want to charge you a service fee. They arent professional and do not have any customer service skills at all. I wonder how they have stayed in business this long. Maybe it is all the money they get from skamming their customers!

Poor customer service.
When we ordered firewood to be delivered they said they would be delivered Tues. or Wed. of the next week and would call ahead of time. Tuesday came and went and when we called to see what time they would be out on Wed. they said it wouldn't be until Thursday and would call before delivering but again no wood or phone call. When we called Friday they said it would be at least one more week before they could deliver.
They said they were too busy to call everyone to and give updates and this is just the way it is. (Very rudely)
This lack of customer service speaks volumes of the company and I would not recommend anyone doing with them

House1:Immediately began sales pitch. Then broke my induction motor - when I told him my heater NEVER made this sound prior, told me that it wasn't his fault, but would try to "Fix". When he finished told me the cost was more than service quote. He never told me there would be any additional charge! Now we must pay extra $50 for breaking heater! I watched him -we paid for him to tighten 4 bolts, DID NOT FIX. House2:Unable to listen to any more sales pitches I went to lunch and told him DO NOT TO DO ANYTHING THAT IS NOT COVERD BY THE SERVICE FEE -When I got back he already had! His excuse "I didn't want to disturb your lunch"House3: He continued sales pitch though I said NO many times. When speaking to the rep prior to service, I asked if bleeding the radiators was covered in inspection. She said "yes, covered" They refused to honor promise. Excuse: "we've got it taped, we'll review tapes to verify." I've filed a detailed account with BBB. BEWARE, CROOKED AND DISHONEST

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a clogged basement drain. My experience started with the company telling me to expect the technician to show up between 3 and 5pm. I left work early to bae home. I was called at 3:30 to say they could not make it until between 5 and 7, but would wave the $50 service call fee if I would let them come the next day at 8:30. I agreed. The tech called around 8:30 and showed up around 9. He first showed me his fixed rate for doing major work to replace pipes and valves under the sink and connecting to the dishwasher. $500+. He also showed me the fixed price to unclog the drain. $250+ after a break for it being the second item. I decided against the major repairs under the sink, but was charged nearly $700 to replace three valves under kitchen sink and snake a basement drain. I signed for the work, but did not really understand how much effort would be required. And I had already spent 3 hrs. away from work. The technician spent a little over 1 hr. doing the work; his cost for the parts well under $100. Even at a rate of $150/hr. to cover a fixed-price job, the charges should have been less than half of what was charged. Do business with this company and prepare to be gouged.

Wow, Leo is very un-professional! He can't even return a phone call! He never shows up when he says and then when I call him, he hangs up on me! I would NOT hire him if he was the last guy on this earth! Perhaps he should read some of his reviews! Maybe he would make some changes in his business before it's too late!

Don't pay him till the job is finished!!!! I paid him$3,000 advance for parts and he never came back. My mistake. he's not worth the time or money. what work he did do i had to have redone.

I have not personally used Burgio's services, however a friend of main has. He gave me a hat from Burgio that I laugh about every time I see it. I'm glad someone still has a sense of humor about these things! Anyway, my friend uses Burgio for all his plumbing needs. I have to tell you about the hat. It reads: Burgio Plumbing with their phone number and a picture of a dripping faucet. The part that makes me kaugh is the tagline which reads: "Your Shit Is My Bread & Butter"...absolutely hysterical......I'm sure some of you will be appalled by this, but hey, lighten up.....

Absolutely the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The product not only looks great, but the installer were friendly, clean, polite and did extra work that went beyond the scope of the project. We interviewed everyone in the area and I say this from the bottom of my heart. If you don't use Comfort Windows you are not getting the best home imporvement products and service...period. The price was not the lowest estimate we got, but it was still reasonable and the people at Comfort are outstanding. Not many company's like this one around anymore.
