I PRAY for you if you deal with such incompetent people....I have never dealt with a bigger bunch of idiots. Thay don't return phone calls , they tell you to ignore charges then deny it (4 different people denied it), they lose original paperwork and blame it either on each other or your insurance company...the list just goes on. Gene Mazzola should be ashamed of himself doing all those ads and then hiring such rude and incompetent women. You question them about issues you have and they pawn it off on someone else. In fact I think I may have even talked with Gene, who told me he would fax info to insurance company. Well, funny the insurance company never got it ...uhh. I guess it starts at the top and runs down.Every time you turn around they want more money but can't tell you why they are charging you more money and when you question that, you get CANCELLED!!!!! Now I deal directly with insurance company....unfortunately Mazzola is the broker....If you don't have to deal with them DON'T....
