Went to Jims service center for a simple engine repair. Not only did he ruin my car he ruined it twice,
after re submitting it to him to repair the damage done the first time. I followed up with a local engine repair shop who said that he did many re-do's of Jims work.
All i can say is caveat emptor.

Companies hear all the time with complaints about how a job was done. On the flip side, I am a firm believeer when a job was done well you need to know this also.

Today Tony and TJ came to put a replacement window in our home. These two young men were knowledgeable. Efficient, worked cleanly, and were personable. Tony and TJ represent your company in a good light.

My husband and I will not hesitate to recommend your company based on our experience today.

Automotive Dealer Pleads Guilty to Harassment of a Female Customer! Michael Ralph on behave of Ralph Pontiac Inc. 3939 west Ridge Road in the town of Greece was charged with Assault and Harassment of a female customer. After a confrontation which occurred while she was attempting to pick up her new 2007 Honda Ridgeline on December 30th 2006.The female customer refused to comply with the dealers demand for additional funds for the vehicle over and above the contracted and agreed upon pricing. Due to the confrontation she was taken by ambulance to Unity hospital for treatment and released later the same day. Michael Ralph plead guilty to a plea bargain of harassment in Greece Town Court on September 4th 2007.When he appeared in front of Justice Gino Nitti who had already issued an restraining ordered against Michael Ralph in this matter . Justice Nitti also ordered Michael Ralph to write a letter of apology

I want to thank Ray Sands Glass for the expert work on our solar room glass. We are very happy with the results. We called several businesses that specialize in solar rooms and no one would even come to our home to give an estimate. They said that if they didn't originally install it, that they wouldn't come out. Your company did and the end product was exceptional.
I want to particularly thank Jesse and Gary who worked diligently and made the difficult work look easy. The left the paneled areas shining clean. I would highly recommend Jesse and Gary for any job that I needed in glass repair.

Thanks again for a job "well done".

Been going for 10yrs, 3 different vehicles. Only had a concern once, and the owner, Jim, took care of it immediately once he found out. This is a place that will treat you right, take the time to explain things, understands people have money issues. They are upfront about the cost of things and charge comparative or better labor for other places in the city. Would recommend.

I would like to send along appreciation for the installation of the "Aspen" decorative glass for our front door this past Tuesday (15 July). Not only does the product look good in its setting, but it conveys the light through the door while offering privacy.
Further, the installers, Tony and Chris, were friendly and congenial as well as doing an excellent job.
Good product, good service; hope you have success with this product line!

It's not every day that a car dealer is arrested for assaulting a customer. But that's what happened to Mike Ralph, Junior of Ralph Pontiac Honda.
