I have been going to Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse for years since my son who is now 21 was a little boy. Although over the years I have noticed that the size and thickness of the steaks have become smaller they still have a great menu. My favorite dish of all time and what I order every time we go there is the snowbird chicken. The chicken is all white breast meat which is very moist covered in a very light breading, the only bad thing is that it is deep fried, it is out of this world! My second favorite is the smashed potatoes, they are creamy and have a very unique taste, I always order double smashed and take some home for work the next day. Here is a tip that I learned from the wait staff, if you order the chicken from the appetizer side of the menu you get the same portion of chicken and fries or potatoes as you do if you order the dinner size portion, the only thing you don't get are the baked beans, the appetizer portion is 3 to 4 dollars less in price.
