The doctors are very good but the practice is extremely busy. You never talk to a doctor on the phone or even a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. There are only nurses on the phones who return you phone calls and rush through everything. There is always a nurse on the other end of the phone saying that your baby is normal even though you've read all sorts of books showing the signs and symptoms your baby is having are red flags and should be checked out.
