I have had repeated terrible experiences with this place and I will never return.
Poor attitude, unreliable due dates, overcharging, charging for service that wasn't actually done, etc. You can name it all and these guys seem to do it wrong. It is too bad, because it is a great location and a nice building.
They always have an elitist attitude at this place.
It once took them 45 minutes to find my mower when it was completed.
All mowers in for service (and completed ones) are stored outside to get rained on, snowed on, etc. Oh yeah, every time I leave their shop nowadays, the gas tank on my mower is just about drained, too. Nice!
This spring, after taking my nearly new Toro mower in for regular maintenance for $55, I had the self propel function quit 2 weeks later. These guys then charged me another $58 and then it still didn't work when I got it home. Next they wanted to charge me for a drive belt that they should have replaced the first time for the $58.
Oh yeah, and it took another week to figure this out, too.
