I didn't like anything about this Hotel.
We arrived at the Hotel lobby late on a Friday night, at around 1.30 am. At that time you would expect no line to check in...Wrong!!! We waited for around 30 minutes.
Once we have our keys we walk to the room over a nasty, dirty and ugly carpet. There were few people in the Casino at that time. I've been in Vegas before and I haven't seen a Casino that empty. That was a red flag.
Because we arrived that late we wanted to get take some drinks to the room to drink while showering and trying to look like normal people. It wasn't hard to find a place to buy a Margarita, because there was only one business open and it happened to be in our way to the room. I don't remember the name of the "bar", I just remember that the Margarita Pitcher was bad but cheap (half price deal). We were the only clients there.
There were no signs to the tower where our room was, but thanks to my friend's orientation skills we got there pretty easily.
The room, it was like being in a 60's movies, everything was old and ugly. The TV screen was of the size of an iPhone, lamps switches happened to be damaged so it wasn't easy to turn the lights on, and when we did it, we turned the off again and it felt much better. The only thing that worked well was the AC, thanks god because it was July in Vegas.
So we went out. There is no bar or Disco or anything like this in this hotel. We new that before and we planned to go to other casinos.
The pool...you have to go out the Casino, cross a street, and there, right there is the pool, yes between that parking lot and the other parking lot. Awful!!
Said that. I have to say that this is a Casino where families go, there are many attractions and amenities for kids. But if I ever have a family I would never bring it to this hotel.
I am giving it 2 starts because we had a free check out extension. I wonder if anybody would pay to stay there longer...
