Great shoes, but beware ladies worst return policy ever. I got a pair of boots as a gift from this store, but low and behold their return policy is for exchange is 1 week. I never heard of such a thing. I don't know about you ladies, but I have more shoes and boots in my closet than I can count and a pair of all weather boots is not on the priority list of things to wear until the weather warrants it. So here I am today, 1/16/2009, less than a month from Christmas, asking if I can come in to exchange the boots; nope, I didn't ask for money back, I asked to exchange for another shoe and I am more than prepared to pay the difference if I find a pair with a higher price tag, but no, the store manager informs me there is no wiggle room on their exchange policy, not even for a Christmas gift which I might say, my boyfriend did a fabulous job of picking out. Word to the wise, don't buy here unless you are 1000% sure about the shoe because there is no true customer service here.
