I recently attended a good friends wedding at the Philadelphia Quartett Club and were very disappointed with the staff and management. The host Jillian along with several servers posed a very disgruntle and impolite demeanor. The so called "manager" of the facility disappeared for the entire night and was at no assistance to any questions. It seemed bothersome to expect them to perform their basic responsibilities. Although the food was good, I was extremely disappointed with the guest services and would not recommend holding a special event here. The hall is inexpensive, but you will end up paying with the poor quality in service and satisfaction. Sadly I hope my first experience here will be the last. :(
