BEWARE: CONFUSING SITUATION: SOME LADY NAMED ANA CASTAñEDA RENTED AN OFFICE SPACE FROM THE LAW OFFICE OF MANUEL DINER. SHE CLAIMS THAT SHE WORKS WITH THE ATTORNEY BUT THE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE STAFF CLAIMS SHE DOES NOT. SHE HAS HER OWN COMPANY USING A CELL PHONE AND CLAIMS THAT SHE CAN DO HOME MODIFICATIONS. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S RIGHT TO CHARGE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT REALLY RENDERED.

ANA CASTAñEDA DICE QUE TRABAJA CON EL ABOGADO MANUEL DINER PERO EN REALIDAD NO ES ASI. SEGUN LAS OFICINA DEL ABOGADO, ELLA SIMPLEMENTE ALQUILABA UNA OFICINA AHI. ESTA SITUACION ES MUY CONFUSA Y NO SE SABE QUIEN ES QUE ESTA DICIENDO EN VERDAD. ELLA NO ES ABOGADA Y DICE QUE PUEDE CONSEGUIR MODIFICACIONES DE PRESTAMOS ATRAVEZ DE LOS BANCOS.

Unfortunately, I was an employee of Ms. Dienstag. All I have to say is: awful treatment. I have worked with four attorneys and never had I met one that fit the arrogant and condescending stereotype. Her employees would leave/quit after just one day! Thankfully, I left and now work for a great attorney (both to his clients and his staff!)

Again: awful treatment.

JPMorgan owns Chase Home Finance!!

Dreadful, Awful, Fraudulent Mortgage Company! Avoid at all costs!! They loose your payments, forcing you into Foreclosure, then mail your lost payments back to you "UNDEPOSITED" after your home is sold.  Class-Action Lawsuit here we come!!!  I would give them a "0" rating, but this rating system won't do a "0"

You have been warned! Chase Home Finance commits FRAUD every single day, but not for much longer. I'm starting a Class-Action Lawsuit starting at $1 Million for each person that joins me, providing Proof they were Foreclosed on Fraudulently, like me!!
