On Dec 30. 2008, I purchased a purple blouse from Kore. Prior to purchasing this merchandise, I noticed comestic problems in the lower region of the top. The sales representative and the Manager (Natallye Alzerrca) looked at the top and decided to give me a 15% discount. When I took the top home, I noticed more damamged to the blouse in the upper left region that was not visible due to the overlapping of the collar. Couple days later, I returned to Kore and showed the sales rep the damaged to the blouse. She refused to exchange the blouse for a new one. I requested to speak to the manager via phone, who initially decided not to give the exchange but reluctantly decided to approve an exchange for a new blouse. The Manager requested that I return the next day for the new blouse since it was not in stock in the store at the time. I requested the sales rep to notate this on my receipt, which she did (see receipt attachment). I returned to the store on Feb 03, 2009 to pick up the new top promised to me by the Manager. The sales rep attempted to give me the old top and told me that the Owner refused to accept the exchange. I requested to speak to the Owner but I was told that he was not available. I then again, requested to speak to the Manager that granted the exchange. The Manager said via phone to the sales rep that she has no time to talk to me and she will call back. I was furious my both responses and decided to leave the damaged blouse with the sales rep.
 
I have been a loyal customer of Kore and I've purchased numerous tops and accesories.  Because of this incident and poor customer service, I will no longer purchase any items from Kore Boutique and will encourage my peers and collegues to the same.

This is the WORST place to shop!!!!!! The sales associates and their managers are TOTALLY unprofessional, rude, and they look very miserable to be working there. Bloomingdale's hits the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service.

There is no such thing as customer service in bloomingdale's!!!!! I much rather go to Nordstrom to shop. Because unlike Bloomingdale's, which is a department store. NORDSTROM is a specialty store, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE there is truly OUTSTANDING!!!!! Plus they are way more fashion forward than Bloomingdales, and they totally beat everybody's prices. If you find something for less somewhere else, they will match it! No questions ask, and no faces!!! Before shopping at bloomingdale's, make sure to check with NORDSTROM before. It can save you a great aggravation! Shopping is meant to be fun!!!! There is no reason why I as a customer, should feel like I am bothering somebody...

This place is great. The are really nice and helpful. Also pretty cheap!
They also have this really cool exchange thing going on for the books you buy there.
LOVE THIS PLACE. its little but gets the job done!

Total scumbags! Paid them to move our upright piano. They dropped the piano at the pickup location which was my inlaws house. Three family members saw them drop the piano face down on the driveway. They load the piano.

I was called instantly when the piano was dropped. They arrive at my home to deliver the piano like nothing happened. The entire front of the piano was destroyed. When we asked about them dropping it they said they didn't drop it and the gouges and scratches on the black laquor finish was from dogs. There are no dogs in the house and I saw the piano the previous day.

I refuse delivery and demand to speak to a manager. Upon speaking to the manager I was told to come pick up my piano that they were not responsible and they we will be sued for injury to the mover. Huh? I thought dogs damaged the piano.

My wife calls to complain and arrange repair and was called a bitch and hung up on multiple times! We ended up paying a new mover to pick the piano up and repair it at our expense. And the piano was actually purchased from Victor years prior. Great way to treat customers. Total scumbags! Stay Away!

Great Service. They were located in a good location, off of Lincoln Road. Employees knew a lot about the luggage, and the store was very clean. I actually went back there my next visit to Miami!

The Ann Taylor Loft at Dadeland Mall has some pretty nasty characters. I recently heard a story about an associate who works there. She was sent home and berated for not being able to make her quota of credit cards for the day. She usually moves a pretty high amount but it was an off day as she said. They sent her home crying.

Now the last time I checked we were in a RECESSION? People don't want credit cards anymore ESPECIALLY store cards with high interest rates and the ability to get you in real trouble. I find it ridiculous that they are going to punish their associate for their failing of business policy and the failing of our financial system. Things are going to change, and I hope that these awful store card systems that are pushed on us will change as well. I also hope this attitude of punishing the little person who as long as they are doing their job cannot be blamed when the chips are down, will change as well.

I will not be shopping at this Ann Taylor ever again. I was about to make a purchase too, and I put it down and promptly left. They will not have my business if that is the way they are going to treat people.

This store has a zero return/exchange policy on any sale item. I bought $100 dress for $80. When I changed my mind and wanted to exchange it, they would not allow it. Not only that, but the owner became very rude when I questioned his policy. I will NOT shop at this store again. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO!!!
