Well I just spent an hour writing - in detail - what this horrible bus company did to me and how I was treated and suddenly, it was erased.
I may post again later when I stop fuming over losing my entire rant but I want everyone to know NOT to ever use this bus company. They are rude and have the worst customer service. They make changes at the last possible minute and notify you of the changes in the strangest ways (a fax the morning before I needed the service to notify me of a change. How about a phone call, Franmar??)
Everyone in that office is horrible, except for the one lady that usually answers the phone (her name escapes me). Unfortunately, she usually has to relay the messages from her CEO, Fran, to the customers. Fran (the owner) has no idea what customer service is and the lady in accounting is even worse.
When I talked about how horrible this company was to other companies we partner with, they too had bad experiences with Franmar Bus Company and stopped using them.
I've experience bad customer service in my life but I was literally in shock when I got off the phone with them. I cancelled the bus service and voided the check I was going to give them.
Luckily, someone recommended another bus service in Miami. The event was the next day when I had the blow up with Franmar and was at a loss. I called this other bus service and the owner was the nicest lady, and gave me a RELIABLE bus service at the last minute.
She asked me how much Franmar was charging. I told her and she said, our service is $50 less. I ended up giving her the full amount Franmar was charging just because she was so nice and helped me out at the last minute.
I will not mention the other bus company here; I would love to but I don't want anyone to think I'm from her company. I'll probably just give them an unrelated high review on this site.
Shame on you Franmar! Bad word-of-mouth marketing is the worst thing to happen to a company, and I plan on doing just that.
