Fantastic People! They do quality work at reasonable prices. I had a complete Bathroom remodel done. They did a great job. They started and finished the job on schedule as promised.

They we're awful. When i spoke to the man over the phone, he said he would send someone out. when he showed up he was very arrogent. I asked him who he was and what needed to be done. He told me he was the owner and held a master license. The arrogence that came out of his mouth was so bad. I let him survey the job and then told him to leave, I purposely wasted his time pricing the job. Maybe he'll learn he is not better than anyone else. I hired another plumber.

These guys replaced the green Vermont slate on one section of my 1911 roof, installed a skylight (recommended the best one), and a house fan.
They are not as well-known as other slate roofing companies, but I don't know why not - they did a great job, very high quality, reasonable rates, and were great to work with, besides. Sometimes it takes a while to get a call back, but it's worth the effort.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Royal Flush Plumbing and Heating in Townsend, MA is a "royal rip-off". I was told over the phone that it would cost me $49 for them to come to my home and diagnose my heating problem. I scheduled an appointment, took the day off work, and when they got here they tried to charge me $249. Apparently the $49 only covered the drive out to my house, not the diagnosis or the "limited access fee" because my furnace was in the attic...I told them on the phone that they would need a ladder to get to the furnace in the attic, but they did not mention the separate access fee until they were physically in my home. In addition to this, all of their prices are simply way over-inflated. They have a "no hassle" pricing system, where they have one price for any given item which needs fixing (price includes parts and labor). So you have no idea how much the part actually costs, or how much you are paying for labor. After the $250, to actually fix my furnace they wanted to charge me an additional $1,000! At that point I called a different company for a 2nd opinion. The other company (a local family-owned, very reputable place) came out to my house and for the WHOLE JOB they charged me $276 (includes the service charge, diagnosis, parts and labor). I told all of this to Royal Flush, and their excuse was that the other company probably did a shabby job, and I would be calling them crying in a couple months...well my furnace is working great; better than ever actually. Royal Flush agreed to not charge me the $250, but only after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
