There are so many bad things to say about my experience here. What it all boils down to is that there is no customer service (maybe they feel since they do not get many repeat customers that there is no need to be at all nice to people). I talked to the own about a rush order- it had come in weeks later than what was promised, but in only one of the colors chosen and instead of asking the bride if she wanted the one color since her wedding was weeks away she instead sent the dresses back and made the bride so stressed out that the dresses were not in. The bride would have taken just the one color due to the fact that her wedding was so soon, but was never given this choice. The owner said that she never promised the dresses to come sooner, even though we paid a lot to have them rushed. I found this odd because three different times either the bride or I was told that they would come within a certain time frame. I flat out asked the owner if customer service meant anything to her and she honestly said no. I was shocked that she would admit this. There used to be a shop on Newbury St, but it was closed. I'm not surprised. This shop and all of the employees were awful to deal with. What makes me even madder is that the bride, my sister, is one of the sweetest, nicest people that you will ever mean and they treated her with such disrespect.
