The food here is okay. Nothing to rave about but convenient for someone who works in the area, I probably wouldn’t go here if I didn’t work in the same building. My favorite things to get here are the overpriced fruit bar in the morning, the Chicken tortilla soup, baked potato, and the occasional Walkabout.

The employees are friendly enough. Not overly outgoing but they do offer a smile and are generally polite. Service at the registers can be slow.

The layout is awkward; there’s a random column blocking the line of people waiting to place an order, and crowding the line of people waiting at the cash register. There are also separate lines for soups & sandwiches and Walkabouts (wraps). There are signs indicating which line is which but quite honestly they are easily missed and you get a lot of highly annoyed people sighing and huffing when they realize they are in the wrong line. There have been times when I’ve wanted soup and a sandwich or even soup and a Walkabout and it causes confusion for the staff. Sometimes I’m directed to a different line which is annoying because I can’t get soup in those lines. It’s all a confusing mess.

There is a semi-decent salad bar and you are charged a flat price per salad bowl, not weight. The salad is ridiculously expensive, though; I believe it’s currently something like five or six dollars for a small bowl. A bit pricey for Romaine lettuce and cucumbers. Also, this place gets packed at lunch time and the salad bar slips into a state of disarray. Lettuce strewn hither and thither, shredded carrots in the alfalfa sprout bin, drippy salad dressing doused counter, and pushy business people impatiently cutting in line if you take more than 10 seconds.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts since 2006. Never once have I had a bad experience or dealt with a rude employee. The staff is super friendly, they always greet you with a smile on their face and a “Hi, how are you?” This location is packed every morning with a constant stream of customers coming and going. Despite the throngs of people, the staff always remembers regular customers; some even manage to remember how you prefer your coffee. The employees are mixed, all races and nationalities, and even though it’s clear English is a second language for many they all speak it well enough to understand your order. It makes a huge difference in customers’ experiences to not only have friendly, quick service but to not be greeted with blank stares and have to repeat yourself twenty-two times. There is another Dunkin’ Donuts a block away and a Starbucks right next door but I always come to this location for my morning coffee.

I had a WONDERFUL time here with a couple of friends who introduced me to Blue Fin! It was my first opportunity to try it...and, well, I was promptly hooked.

I'd never tried Kirin Ichiban beer, which was wonderful: Nice, light, with that lovely hint of honey.

Their chicken Teriyaki came with lots of great veggies..

Green tea, from powder, was served, fresh, mostly hot.

Wish I could find the like around the Boston Area... would one call it "matcha"?

My friends, who were well-known at the restaurant, let me try some of their dishes, they mainly had sushi.. which was quite nice.


I would CERTAINLY come again! Lovely place!

Atmosphere was a little on the loud side, what with the ceiling formation, but, we had too much fun!

If anyone could fill me in on the green tea powder, would you please?

WOW, so many reviews. A friend of mine invited me at Reginas' pizzeria. He actually saw them on Phanthom Gourmet and the Phanthom gave them good reviews. So he wanted to check out their pizzas.He was driving, it took us a long time to find the restaurant, . It was so hidden with all the little streets of the North End. We finally found them, the place looked so small. There was a small entrance. The place was so small, packed and very loud. The staff is not diverse at all it's all white. The customers are also all whites. We got a cheese pizza. Me and my friend were not impressed. The taste was ok but nothing yummy like the Phanthom said. It's was very greasy, the pizza did not look nice and it was a messy pizza. Customer service was not all that either Truereview here to tell you the truth

A classy, casual Italian restaurant on Newbury Street with ample outdoors seating. There are always attractive, well-dressed people leisurely sipping wine or eating light lunches on the patio. The food and wine are top-notch.

This is supposed to be a Southwest Asian restaurant, but I can’t remember a single thing I ate here. Don’t let the nice décor fool you. When I last ate here five years ago, the mediocre-bordering-on-poor quality of the food was something the pretty lights and furniture couldn’t distract me from. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

This restaurant stands out on Newbury Street because it has a large window through which patrons can shamelessly people-watch. The drinks and food here are delicious, and the atmosphere is urban, warm, and classy. The chef here is supposed to be famous in New England. This is a great place for dates and small group dinners.

My friend who is clueless about taste invited me to Bhop. He asked me what I wanted to eat. I wanted to go with something easy so I chose a slice of cheese pizza. He got the same but it was buffalo. The slice did not look great. The slice was not tasty. The staff was not that friendly. Only the guy who took the money said bye. One of the guy behind the counter was looking at me like a sex offender. I really felt umcomfortable. I thought he will not stare at me like crazy and maybe could think my friend was my bf, but no he kept on staring. The place did not look very clean there was dirty napkins on the floor. I was surprised that it was not squeaky clean because I saw a lot of diplomas and awards on their walls for their cleanliness. The restaurant walls have a weird bright yellow color. The only thing I enjoy is seeing a picture of Celtics NBA player Ray Allen. I was confused though, why he would eat here?? The taste is not great. Truereview here to tell you the truth.

The name of this restaurant has been changed. It's no longer Fritay but Griyo Lakay. The place still looks the same, same as the other Fritay on Washington street. I am not sure if it's still the same management but I guess it's still the same food and atmosphere. The food and sauces are way too greasy stay away from that place if you don't want heartburns.
