I hired Wag time to care for my pet, in my home, while I was out of town for a week. Luckily for my cat, I had a friend come and check on him after two days, as the Wag time pet sitter had never shown up. My cat went two days without food or water, and would have gone a whole week (if he survived that long) if my friend hadn't stopped by. The excuse was that the employee who imputed the information into the computer did it incorrectly, and that she was new (she had been there for 2 mos.)--and that it was merely a human mistake. After this experience, and although Wag time denies this, I learned from others that this was not the first time for this type of thing happened. Avoid Wag time--I would hate to know that someone's animal died as a result of their lack of care.
