Hartford is not very interesting at all. The city itself is a giant ghetto. One of the poorest cities in the nation. Except for the state buildings, downtown is deserted after dark. But hopefully the urban renewal with a new convention center, hotel, apartments, and shopping will regain the city. But the rest of the city has a giant question mark on its future
