Mr lee has been my mechanic for 19 years. I would not ever consider using any one else. I have my car towed to his shop from the Inland empire because I know his service is not only excellent but always guaranteed. He will never encourage you to fix or repair things unless absolutely needed. On a few occasions when I would take my car to someone else and was given a diagnosis or cost for repairs ,I would call him and if he did not think the quote or repair was right or fair he would tell me to bring my car in to him . Several times I was either going to be charged to much or the other mechanic was trying to take advantage of me. Now I will not allow anyone other than Mr Lee to touch my cars.

A terrible place to change your brakes. They lied to be about what I needed to get done and told me to change rotors when I did not even need them changed. Also the brake job they did left my brakes squealing even more.

I needed brake services for my '06 Tacoma. I called Tony and scheduled for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Tony came to my apartment on time. He replaced my front and back brake pads in less than 2 hours! Very great service, and very great guy. (Oh, and very cheap too compared to the dealer's price. Even considering he is a mobile service)

Thanks Tony! We will recommend you to all our friends and coworkers who may need brake service.

i left my car at the one located in Reseda. After 1 month of repairing, when i picked up the car today, i found out my sunglasses are missing. cost over $250/each. I complained to bill (shop manager) for this issue, finally they only compensate $150 and the attitude to me is like they don't have to do this for me, and just because they feel sorry for me... So if you decide to go down there to get your car repair, you better take all your valueable stuff with you. Or else they would steel it.

H O R R I B L E!!! Stay away!!! We ordered a pink scooter. Customer service and delivery were flawless. Drove it 2.8 miles and that was it... dead in the water. My husband had to take the carburator off and send it back for a new one. Just got that and it leaks from every gasket. Now we need another carburator from them and keep wasting money now for return freight. What a waste of money!!!! By the time he does get a brand new scooter working, it will be winter and I won't be able to ride it, only if we could ever get it fixed!!!

I am a single woman and I am so happy to have found Chevron Fast Lube in Torrance. After some of the nightmares I have gone through with "fast lube and oil change shops" I was thrilled to find out about this shop. I drive an older Chrysler Sebring that I love and these guys keep it running smooth. I trust this shop enough to drive from Century City after work (and I live 4 miles from work) all the way to Torrance in rush hour traffic to get service done if it cannot wait until the weekend. I only use Chevron oil and gas in my car because I trust the quality of the product and I only bring my car to this shop because I trust the quality of the service. I want to give a great big thank you to the guys in the shop for the honesty and for providing a such a great place to get my car serviced. Keep up the good work! Peggye Turner, Mar Vista
