As a first dan black-belt who has been in TaeKwonDo for quite a while, I sincerely believe this is one of the best places to train. Glenn Lainfiesta is an awesome instructor, and a national and international champion to boot. The sparring training, and the multifaceted approach to getting in shape are exceptional. The only things I missed were one-step sparring training, as well as some self-defense techniques, as precedence is given to tournament figthing TKD. However, I did enjoy my time there and will be returning soon.

AWESOME!!!!!! SOME OF THE BEST TAEKWONDO TEACHING MY SON HAS RECIEVED. THEY HAVE AN AWESOME MASTER (GLENN LAINFIESTA) WHO TEACHES THEM THE OLYMPIC STYLE TAEKWONDO. THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT INSTRUCTORS WHO SPEND LOTS OF TIME TEACHING THE STUDENTS. THIS IS REALLY A GOOD SCHOOL. I RECOMMEND IT TO ALL.
