I would like to comment on the manager at the Circuit City in Bel Air, MD.- Michael Domingo. We had a problem with store policy on the day after Thanksgiving being different in different stores. I explained my problem to him and he was very nice and made a very fair adjustment for us. We have bought two televisions from Circuit City in the past week and I would definitely go there first for any electronic I was interested in from now on. I hope that Mr. Domingo can get some type of above and beyond what was necessary.

Their customer service SUCKS!!!! We cannot get anyone to return our calls and when we go to the kiosk no one there know how to help us. They signed us up for services and did not explain them properly and they REFUSE to call Sprint to resolve and Sprint cannot do anything until kiosk updates notes on system which up to now 1 week later have not done. We show a balance of $331.00 for phone that are not in activation. Need i say more??
