this place is horrible! I lived there for one year and everything and everyone was nice in the beginning of the lease that is. First off, this place is in a very bad area where there is a group of gangsters that live a block away! You can expect to hear cops and helicopters at night and drunk neighbors!!
Unfortunately, I did not learn all this until after I moved in. Everything seems nice at first but it's not. The walls are horribly thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The laundry room only works with cards of $20 denominations, so you have to at least buy one for 20 bucks! And be careful to not lose them because the landlord is completely stingy!!! Yes she will charge an arm an a leg for anything lost so be careful! When I moved out the landlord charged me over $1000.00 cleaning fees and my apartment was in good condition!! Yes complete rip off so I am warning you be careful if you decide to reside here ... it's not worth it! I would try to find another place if I were you! Not only do they take most of your security deposit and over charge for every little thing, they also will ask for 3 months up front when you first apply!! There are so many other places that are way nicer, cheaper and in decent areas believe me this place is shit and watch out for the landlord!! She is a major stingy unethical person and will take your money!!
