We purchased our condo in 2005 and have had nothing but problems. Leaks just about everywhere and still lasting. Yes, they came out and pretended to be fixing the problem within the first two years. Then they gave up, told us they won't be doing any work on the building anymore, inside or out... Insurances are not paying because of "faulty construction & material use". Almost four years and about $ 30,000 later all unit owners hate this developer and their crap work. Yes, Run...and find a developer that's worth your hard-earned money...

Just as I suspected, only an employee would make such a claim that this place is great. Let it be know that this place is shady and will over charge you for their work and their work is not good! They overcharged me for their work and I was assured of this when another service guy came out to fix it and said, "Yikes, who did this work." I told him and he laughed and told me that's not the first time he has heard that. I was fooled by thinking that they were a good company on their website where it said they were an A+ member, I'm starting to believe that the BBB is nonsense as all the larger companies are A+ member, hmmmmmmmmmm. This place must be paying the BBB for any rating over an F! Stay away!

Totally awful, the workers seemed like they didn't have a clue what was going on but they sure did fool me with their advertising. They came to my home and left me feeling like I had been ripped off, and I was right! I talked to another service company in the area and he told me that I was indeed ripped off and that the work was awful. Whoever came on here and said great must be an employee of Four Seasons. Why else would anyone come on here to say how great an HVAC company is, hehehe. Come on. Stay clear of these shady characters.

Four Seasons was a great company to work with all the way around. They were promptly at my house when I had a major plumbing emergency. My tenants said they were extremely satisfied with them and I was even able to pay for the service with a credit card right on their website. The plumbers were very professional and really know their trade. I would recommend them to anyone who needs immediate service. These guys will get it done!

I had a technician from climate masters come out because my heat stopped working. I called on Sunday morning at 9am and the technician they sent was there by 1pm had the right parts with him and was done by 2pm and i think was reasonably priced for a Sunday service call. I will definitely would recommend to others.

So my husband came home on Saturday afternoon and said the garage door wouldn't open for him. After messing with it for a little while and determining we couldn't fix it, I turned to Yelp and found Robbie. He was over in 30 minutes and told me because it was Saturday night he couldn't get the spring needed and he could be back Monday morning. He offered to give us a temporary fix, but since we have street parking, we didn't need it.

Robbie fixed the spring, oiled everything up and the garage door is working perfectly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is courteous (he took his shoes off when walking through my house!), professional and his prices can't be beat.

Had a new furnace and air installed installers were very good and cleaned up when they finished .After I HAD SEEN HOW GOOD OF A JOB THEY DID I HAD TO TAKE THE TIME OUT AND CALL AS WELL AS POST THIS REVIEW AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT I DON'T HAND OUT TO MANY COMPLIMENTS.
