Scheduled An Appointment at 10:30 PM they were at my house at 11:00 AM next morning. I had already got a quote from Empire and they came in 50% less on same quality. They installed two days later on time the guys were nice and helpful. My friends say the carpet looks great to.

All I can say is good things. Would refer them to anyone intersted in carpet. Much more professional salesperson than the empire sales rep.

In Racine Wisconsin it is difficult to find a good service company to repair Fisher Paykel washing machines. Mine wasn't draining, so I decided to call Grand Appliance. I made the call at 8:30am and at 9:30am a guy named Dave was at my door! He repaired my washer quickly, cleaned up and charged a fair price. I will use this company in the future. Also, a real person answered the phone on the first ring when I called. :)

I just bought a new Sharp HD LCD TV and a Panasonic surround sound system for my condo on the north side. The sales people were friendly and quite helpful. They helped me choose a tv that was perfect and just within my price range. The delivery and installation correct and on time.
