Stellar!!!!!! Balcos has the best policies that protected me from disaster when I needed it!
It could have been really, really bad. Had Julie Johnson at Balcos not insisted that I add on additional coverage that she saw was necessary, I could have lost a lot more than I did. She pushed for me to add insurance on backup of drainage and sewer systems - I thought it was unneccessary... But because she talked me through it, and explained everything fully to me, reluctantly I did. And it's a dang good thing. I came back from vacation to a home that had practically blown away in the storm. A forest had practically blown through my windows and walls, and a lake of drainwater and sewage had collected in my living room. I was horrified. But she took such great care of me and made sure that not only was I covered for the damage, but that I was comfortable while all the "details" were being addressed. THANK YOU Julie at Balcos for being awesome and saving me from myself!!! If only I had a guardian angel like that for all my decisions in life!
