Don’t use Designs by Valerry (Chicago) unless you want to lose your money and not receive your costumes for your next dancing event – and not get a refund. Fact: February 2009 sent them a check for over $600.00 for recital costumes to be delivered no later than May 30, 2009 and nothing was delivered, although they did cash the check. Made numerous calls to no avail, and sent faxes and emails to no avail - - no return calls, faxes, nor emails. Finally at the end of June 2009 they said they would refund the check but am still waiting for that refund. They still will not return calls, faxes
, nor emails as of August 2009.
