it took me 2 months to get them here to evaluate what i had wrong with my appliances. they kept canceling on me. now, i am still waiting on replacement parts. have called several times with no response (about 40- 60 times). i am going onto a total of almost 5 months and i am still waiting for these repairs. i am very disappointed.
