Consumers, especially orthodontists be aware of Televox. We are a premeir orthodontic practice who had contracrd Televox to design our websites. It has been one of the most negative experiences we have ever had in our 15 years of practice. The company has had major internal adminstrative issues and was purchased by a company called West Corp., who knows nothing in about the dental industry. They are difficult to communicate with and have zero customer service. If you have any other options for webdesign and patient communication software, we strongly recommend that you stay away from Televox.
