These guys know how to treat a customer; even those that show up at 5 p.m. closing time. I was treated like we had all the time in the world. I did at least know what color that I needed and just prayed that they would not turn me away at 5 til 5. I have not used my paint yet, but I tell you I will go back when I have other painting needs and I live an hour and a half away. I try to buy close to home, but the color that I picked up from my local hardware store - they did not carry the base for it, checked with Lowes in West Mobile and they told me about the Paint Store. Truly amazing service from that particular Lowes employee; he also told me how to get to The Paint Store. Also, I wasn't the last customer to walk in; a current customer came in with a bucket and they assisted him to get the color just right for his wife. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the prices are in line with the chain stores. You will appreciate the way you are treated! And entertainment with the dog for my granddaughter was an extra bonus!
