We've used the Shelby Township office and have had major issues with their billing department. Upon checking with the Better Business Bureau we found that we're not the only ones who have been having such problems. However in the midst of trying to work with their billing department, GED reported our bill (which wasn't owed) and it's now on my husbands credit report!
So while I give the dentist himself 5 stars, their offices get two because they're unorganized and extremely rude.
