Back to the Past got me hook, line and sinker a few years back with their customer service. They were in a small building, but the staff answered my questions and helped me find titles I was looking for. The other store I was shopping at was bigger and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by spending my money there. Now, that shop has closed and Back to the Past has expanded, and are on the verge of another expansion!
They have plenty of back issues and new titles along with a vast selection of graphic novels. If they don't have a particular book in stock they have no problems special ordering it for you as long as it's still in print. They keep the store clean which is probably a load of work with how much traffic they have. They have a decent amount of toys for sale on display, and a never ending supply in their webstore. They have a decent sized manga selection which they are expanding a little every week.
When I retire I think I'll move in.
