I bought a HP laptop and paid for 2 day shipping expecting it to be in my possesion within a week. A few days later, I check the status of my order and notice that is back orderd-a fact they forgot to mention when I was purchasing it online. I also noticed that they had raised the price of the laptop by over 100 dollars-surprise, surprise!Customer service is horrible. My first call was answered and dropped. Subsequent attempts(20) gave me a busy signal. I went into the store and was informed that they have nothing to do with the online site even though they are all the same company???
Avoid Fry's Electronics like the plague.
