I just went to 'Bee Cave Vision Center' and had a very BAD experience. Only reason I went to this place was because my vision insurance had this as one of the provider. Dr. Brad J. Dobson seems to be fine but their staff is totally alien to the customer. First of all as you walk into this place, lady with no expression on her face will say 'can I help you ?' with a very stern face as if asking why the hell are you here. Staff is very rude and not at all helpful. They gave me impression of 'DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'. If I didn't have my insurance I would have never gone to them. Now that I know their staff, I would rather drive 10 miles to another provider supported by my insurance. By the way if you want them to make you a prescription glass, it will take 10-15 days. If you have option then save your time and money, go to another reputed vision center. WORST STAFF!!!!
