This company was pathetic. The initial service call went well, the issue with our microwave was diagnosed. It fell apart from there.... all over a simple 4amp fuse. I was told there would be a phone call with an estimate for the part and then they would come back to install. We're talking a simple 4amp fuse - easy to carry these around in the truck. Nevertheless, with a 2 month year old and needing our microwave fixed (we use it to heat up water to put bottles in) they left us sitting for 3 days. I called on the 4th day and they said they hadn't found the part. What a joke. I found it in 5 minutes, ordered it within 10 and installed it the next day myself. They were unresponsive on the phone and acted like it was no big deal. Screw them. Don't do business with these jerks.

OK....ALL the properties we mow have a house, a patio/driveway, most have a deck, some have a swimming pool, a few sheds, & many other similar features. Over the years we have created a system for pricing the service based on the total lot size. This allows us to be competitive because we are not spending time & money to send someone out to measure each lot. Anyone who calls around pricing lawn service will come to the conclusion that our prices are competitive. Our pricing is FAIR because ALL customers prices are determined the exact same way. MOST people understand this, a few do not...

This is a pricing scheme. Just Right Lawns bases it’s pricing off your TOTAL LOT square footage. This includes your house and all other improvements on your property. Does the inside of your house need mowing? Does your deck, swimming pool, shed, and/or patio need to be mowed? Of course not! Yet, you are paying for all these areas to be "mowed," even though the workers obviously do not need to do any "extra" mowing/maintenance for these improvements. Just Right Lawns (aka “we mow austin”) refuses to send anyone to your home to provide an accurate price quote based on ACTUAL lawn footage! Do not fall for this scheme--you will be paying WAY too much. Choose a company that treats you fairly by providing accurate price quotes and reasonable fees for the actual “serviceable” area of your lot.

Service Depot first came to my home over 3 years ago. They successfully removed old stains by my ill dog that had not budged by other professional carpet cleaners. I was further amazed at the affordability of the bill. When I spilled a glass of wine on my clean carpet they returned to spot clean for a minimum charge. I continue to use their services and would recommend them to anyone - especially dog owners and wine drinkers.

We were having problems with our refrigerator, and we called several service company to see if we could get same day service to avoid food loss. No one was able to come out, until we called Austin Appliance. They set us up with same day service and gave us a 30 min window. Charles was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem (fan motor) and was able to repair it on the spot. Their price was fair and his service is very professional. I highly recommend Austin Appliance.
