The "sales department" is worse than an used car lot. I called to get a quote for pest services. They insisted that a salesman come to my home. After wasting 30 minutes with this guy, he has yet to call back, even after my follow-up phone calls. He kept telling me that they are a "small hometown outfit" and that I should not go for the national chains. That is a lie since I have found these folks to be all over the state. Thank goodness for the "national chains" as they are now treating the bug problem at my home.
