I used Total Travel Solutions for about 6 years. They were always helpful and always would respond right away including overnight delivery to any address around the nation. I used them often taken off from Seattle and other parts of the nation. I would always get my ticket via Fed Ex from Total Travel Solutions ontime. Considering the fact that the fares were last minute fares when I need it to fly from point A to point B without advance notice. Total Travel Solutions responded fast and the tickets were usually the same price regardless from what airport one would travel. In my view - They are pretty much some of the best in the industry.

I AM NEVER, EVER, EVER RENTING FROM THRIFTY AGAIN. I don't think too many of my rentals with you ever went quickly and smoothly like, for example, with Budget and other rental companies when I sign up for something like your Blue Chip and get to go right to the car, or at least go through the check-in process faster. This rental experience, however, is and continues to be an abomination and a nightmare. I returned the car at DFW on time or a little early yesterday and the boy outside could not or would not print my receipt. I asked for the receipt and he said that his little device was broken. So I had to go downstairs, wait my turn at the counter, nearly missed the flight, and then finally they printed a WRONG RECEIPT after all that hassle. That receipt has my name on it and was billed to my credit card (that part is OK) but it is it clearly not mine as it lists Chrysler 300 instead of Dodge Caravan (which is what I had and what is in my rental agreement) and also a price of $151.77 instead of $221 or so. I spent hours trying to straighten this out with your customer service yesterday, 2/23/09. The manager on duty - "Jason" as the board at DFW said, was impossible to reach. Also, it was impossible to dial the DFW office directly. I only got transferred there after calling 877-283-0898 and insisting to talk to the manager. They transferred me to lost and found but not the desk or the manager. I don’t know how Mr. Jason got the word that I spent all afternoon yesterday trying to reach him, the “manager on duty” as the board said, but he did give me a call and left me a voice mail today giving me a one-hour window to call him. So I called him back and got his voice mail. The phone greeting says "Dollar" and not "Thrifty” so who knows whom I actually reached there.
And I just talked to your "customer service" where I was on hold for a long time, again, and then they told me that it would take up to ten days to resolve this issue. TEN DAYS for you to correct your mistake and give me the correct bill!!!!!! I will NEVER rent from Thrifty, and I will WARN EVERYONE I KNOW as well as everyone I possibly can against renting from Thrifty. People say "you get what you pay for." Well, in my car rental experience, Thrifty is a little cheaper but DEFINITELY not worth the headaches. One pays a little less but gets next-to-nothing. Cars are OK, but your customer service is extremely bad, the worst by far that I have experienced and not just in your industry. And you have the nerve to ask me to wait ten days to fix a problem that you created… AND SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS GETTING THE CORRECT BILL! THIS IS AWFUL! THRIFTY IS AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!

A friend of ours recommended Brunny for our wedding ... she was FANTASTIC!! When our wedding coordinator skipped a step causing us to walk out 2 minutes earlier than we were supposed to, Brunny caught on and transitioned so smoothly from one song to the next that no one noticed. She saved one of the most important parts of our wedding ... our entrance! We received more compliments on the music than on the food, drinks and decorations. Since then, we have asked her to play for all our Christmas and company parties.

driver weaved in and out of traffic and almost caused several collisions. when i called the number for alamo cab company, i tried to explain what was happening and the person hung up on me. when i tried to call back the individual picked up and immediately hung up the phone. this company obviously completely disregards traffic laws, personal safety, and the rights to good service. i would rather walk than use this cab company.

Even though I have never used a limo service, I am an unfortunate resident at the condos where they work from.
One recent occasion, the driver was angrily honking (laying the horn) for probably 15 minutes, blocking other residents covered parking spaces, and causing many residents to come out to see what the problem was. No matter what people said, the pajama clad driver (also unshaven and dirty-looking), would do nothing. Then he began arguing with some man, who came out of another apt building with wads of cash for him. One lady was yelling for him to shut up, and another man came out and said his baby twins were crying like crazy because of the horn blasting.
I am not exaggerating about this. This was crazy.

Watch out for Budget. I filled the car with a full tank of gas (7 gallons) before I returned it. The guy checked the tank and said it was fine and printed me out a receipt. Three days later I got a bill for $64.90. They said they had to put in 10 gallons of gas (yikes! I paid $2.11 for the gas I put in). I called customer service. They said that unless I had a printed receipt the best they could do is credit me half. I said that I had a credit card statement showing the 7 gallon purchase 3 miles from the airport 5 minutes before I returned the car. Not good enough. This is a rip off of class action status. Think about it. Millions of customers all ripped off and then credited half. Its worth millions to them. Any attorneys out there? Im in.

I used one of thier taxis from DFW Airport to downtown Dallas in October. The car was very dirty inside and out. The driver did not speak english and had trouble finding the Fairmont Hotel. I had to use my phone to call the hotel and get directions.
