Excellent review of potential stamped concrete problems. Obviously, RKC is not happy about the posting of the video and hence their poor rating!

I would never deal with Jeff Decker of J. R. Decker Builders Inc. He is nothing but a liar and a crook who would take advantage of anyone including his own family. He has no moral values at all. If you are thinking of doing any kind of business with him I suggest you look into all the comments and ratings you can find on the internet about him.

We had a water pipe freeze and split in our house which is currently on the market. Being out of town made me worry about finding a plumber to come in and fix it. I called Flow-Rite and worked with Dan. The service was outstanding. He was honest and straight-forward and stuck to his original quote. They were in and out of the house with no hassles and emailed me the invoice to forward to the insurance company. I would recommend Flow-Rite Plumbing to anyone looking for fast, friendly, honest service at a resonable price. (Copied from Google reviews)

Run as fast as you can from this company. They were called for a leaking toilet. They charged my wife over $250 to "reset" the leaking toilet. It started leaking again within hours. They said their work was guaranteed for 30 days. It was more like 30 seconds. When my wife called them about the toilet still leaking, they said we probably broke it by sitting back on it too hard. The funny thing is we hadn't even used it since they left. So, they grudgingly agreed to come back and they claimed they fixed the leak. Surprise. It started leaking again within hours. We called out a different plumber who pointed out they had used a wax seal that was barely hanging on, when instead, it needed a specific part designed for that type toilet. The plumber went to a plumbing supply store, picked up the part, put it in and the leak stopped. Amazing.

Avoid this builder at all cost. The cut every corner possible. Expect to do major renovations to your home between the 10-15 year mark, which include gutters, downspouts, soffits, windows, the list goes on. These are high dollar renovations, many of which could have been avoided by not using low grade materials. Just ask anyone who owns a Meyer/Douglas home. You will surely get an earful. Don't say you weren't warned!
