This has to be one of the worst places to purchase a vehicle from. It was my first purchase on a vehicle, I had horrible credit and no one would cosign;so they "helped me out." I got suckered into buying a car for way more than what the car was worth, with a loan where I can't pay the car off early by making payments to the car only, instead more than half of my payment goes to interest of the loan, not towards the acutally price of the car. As soon as I took the car home I began to have problems. The hood wouldn't open, had to go there multiple times to try and get it fixed, then they actually tried to tell me to go elsewhere, but they weren't going to pay me back.(AGH) The radio then went out, they told me since I had another cd player available they would put it in while they were doing other reapairs. Great! So I thought, they didnt put the cd player in and when I got the car back there was a dent in the passenger door. The radiator then cracked and leaked, the a/c has been the latest to go out. Passenger window wouldn't roll down w/ passenger controls.(and no i didnt have it locked)The gear shifter would come out of park with out pressing the button in,HUGE safety issue! Say I was driving dwn the highway at 65 mph I could have slammed it into park by just bumping into it! I've had them repair some of the things but have found it better to do them myself. I trust my self a little more...and I am a young female who doesn't know alot about cars. Hopefully my next vehicle purchase will go alot smoother, no complications and swindling salesmen. I would give the salesmen some credit, they have been extremely friendly towards me, but the people with CNAC, and anyone doing repairs are not good. The one I went to was located on Rt 4 in Fairfield.
