Cincinnati Bell Wireless has the worst wireless service in the Cincinnati/tri-state area. This is how bad they are-when you go to send text, picture, or mms messages to friends and family with other carriers, the message won't even go through. When those people try to send messages to you, you won't receive them. You may get on in a few days if you are lucky. If you are out of the Cincinnati Bell home area, forget about it, you won't even be able to send text messages. It's ridiculous. On top of all this, you will get a ton of dropped calls, really bad voice quality where it cuts out and echoes, missed voice mails, and text messages, and poor reception. There are also many dead zones throughout the city of Cincinnati. Avoid them, they are horrible.

Pro Scope Systems was very misleading in their repair capability, and provided awful customer service. The president of the company, Stuart Jackson, threatened a lawsuit if I complained to the Better Business Bureau. I was very surprised by their actions, and learned that although a company talks a good game, it doesn't mean they play it well.

i went in there and love it they might not have all they use to but the people there are smart friendly and know were to find it all guido and jared are the best they know alot aswell does joe, bill is alot of fun and very nice. the only one to watch out for is robbie he knows a good deal but can be real lazy and rude

I stopped in the shop (Northgate TV) and indicated I definitely wanted my set repaired - would go up to $300 at least - they fixed it in one day (24 hours) for $187.

I was sent to Northgate TV through my service contract (hhgregg). I had a great experience with this company. The servicemen were friendly and appeared to be very familiar with what was wrong. They fixed my set while in the house and it looks, sounds and works better than ever. I would recommend giving them a look.

DO NOT get Cincinnati Bell Wireless. I have had so many problems with them-dropped calls, poor voice quality (echoing), low reception, network busy/call failed messages, and lost voice and text messages. Plus, their regional coverage area needs to be expanded.

Our dishwasher from Home Depot purchased 6/2005 started making a grinding and very loud noise on Thursday 7/19/07. Since the washer was still under warranty I called Blue Chip and scheduled a service call for Monday 7/23. Blue Chip had someone come out on Monday 7/23 and he said the motor is fried, do not turn the washer on or it could cause a fire and said that he would need to order a new motor and would call back in 3 days. There was no call on Friday so we tried to call but the office was closed. Monday 7/30 we called Blue Chip and told them we had not received a call back and what was the status of the service call. They told us that they would call us between 730am-1030am for a service call on Wednesday 8/1. Wednesday 8/1 my fiancé stayed home from work for the service call and there was no call from Blue Chip. He called and the line was busy and then he called and there was no answer and he called again and was told that they would call him back with an update. No one called. So he called again and was told that someone would call him back. No one called. Finally in a fit of desperation after having spent 8 hours waiting on a call and service he called yet again and was told at 330pm that the technician was not coming because they did not have the part and that it would be a few more days. I then called Blue Chip myself at 4pm and talked to Pam. Pam said that the technician discovered that the part that was ordered had come in and was missing a gasket. I asked what kind of part it was and she said that it was a flapper. I told her that it was strange that they were ordering a flapper because we were told that the motor was fried and that the washer needed a new motor. She said Ummm nope, notes say here that it is a flapper. I asked if she could check on this and she said to call her back tomorrow after 9am. Hopefully they will be able to fix this but I dont have much confidence after having had someone wait almost the whole day for a tech and not have calls returned.
Already the Blue Chip experience has been extremely frustrating and has wasted a lot of time. I would not recommend. Also, I will check any appliance I buy in the future for who services the warranty before I purchase.

No customer service. Staff never picks phone up. No answering machine. Unstable payments. Every other week one month, and the next month you'll be lucky to get paid. Worst billing company for anyone to choose!!!!
