As an attorney, avoid this shyster. Absolutely the worst attorney. He was hired to assist in the removal of a magistrate from a case of child dependency because the magistrate's mother was party to the case (in fact, the magistrate's mother was running the Children's Services Department). Attorney Corcoran failed to notify me that his wife WAS ALSO an employee of Hamilton County Job and Family Services. Corcoran agreed to file appeals and failed to do so. Corcoran failed to make any filings in the case whatsoever and allowed the appeal time limit to run out, after allowing the magistrate to delay her filing of the decision three times, and allowed all of my rights to go unaddressed. Corcoran was paid to provide these services, agreed to provide these services, and failed to do so. It takes a real criminally minded individual to take a case and screw it up like this, especially an easily won case. You have to ask yourself this question: If he was willing to something like this for such little money, how bad would he take you for for a larger amount of money? Note: Seems to fancy himself a sort of Jerry Spence without the talent and the guts. Would rate no stars if possible. Stay away from if you want to win your family law case, or any case for that matter. Please contact me for further information. You've been warned.

Unfortunately the only facts I know about Fifth Third Bank is that having been founded in 1858, they are one of the bigger financial institutions in the US with assets of perhaps $120 billion. I took out an auto loan through them arranged by a local New York dealer and we sent in payments for maybe six months. So perhaps this is a neutral story or even boring but wait. This afternoon I was at my laptop writing articles for my small freelance writing service when I receive a call from a gentleman from Fifth Third Bank who identified himself as working in their collection department and furthermore alledging that the bill due September 8, 2009 was past due. I asked the fellow to hold on and went to find my wife who pays the bills. She, unfortunately was MIA so I returned to the telephone and agreed to pay this bill under any condition by check number because these are the times to err on the side of caution. The collector informed me that they had imposed a late fee and if I wanted to pay by check there would be another fee. Why?
I would guess that the bank recouped maybe any loss by virtue of the late fee and by the way I have consistently refused to pay any of these people for the pleasure of paying them. So I can say that this bank is on a fine trigger if you forget to pay your bill, I went straight to collection and in New York State subject to a repo in a matter of days furthered by an inadvertent oversight. My family has high credit ratings, no delinquencies or negatives and the proper funds to manage our
household. So I will keep a close eye on this bank and update you on customer service which in Internet reviews that you can visit presently cite some irritability in dealing with customers. If there is a need for further information to be relayed, it will only be my first hand account.

Great bank - no stupid fees, they have always taken off my late fees when it's rarely happened, they are so friendly and treat me like the loyal customer I am. I wouldn't change banks for the world. I appreciate them even more since my hubby has to use Chase thru his work. They are absolutely horrible, corporate America at its worst! I am so thankful there are still honest companies to do business with, and let me tell you, they will get ALL my business!

This bank has horrible customer service and unfair fees. Not only is their phone customer service impolite and unfriendly, they often tell you that they can't do anything to help you. Then you go into a branch and wait for 10 minutes to get to a teller. Every. Single. Time. I stupidly banked with this company for 10 years, and after the last round of unfair fees, I've decided to take a stand and leave. I work in the Carew Tower and I have never waited for less than 10 minutes to get up to the one or two working tellers, the line winding around the pole and towards the door, while 3 or 4 "managers" sit happily in their offices gabbing on the phone. They have unwritten "guidelines" that they follow, that you, the customer, are not privy to, but they fall back on them whenever someone has a complaint. Do yourself a favor and try a small, local bank who will actually value you as a customer, rather than a pool of money to draw fees from.

Lockland Loan, Is the best ! They are honest, down to earth folks. I have had dealings with the business for over twenty five years now, and I have never once had a problem. And I will always go back. If I'm in that part of town I always stop in and say Hello ! And you should too.

They will steal your money with "dormant account fees" on an account that I let the money sit in for 18 months. I didn't need the money, so why would I withdraw it? No problem, GCCU is more than happy to withdraw it for you and pocket your money!

Our bank was bought by First Financial Bank and since day one its been a NIGHTMARE! Someone else's deposit was credited to my account, on another occasion my deposit was credited to someone else's account, the paperwork for my debit card was in their hands for over a month and I still never got my card because the person responsible for approving it was so "busy", the tellers at the drive thru were so focused on socializing with one another that they were slow and expressed and showed no courtesy to customers, instead of someone answering the phone when I would call I would get a voice mail asking me to leave my info and they'd get back to me, the list goes on and on. I gave them plenty of time to work out their "bugs", but I just couldnt take it anymore and took my business to another bank. Its a total relief now not to have all of the unnecessary hassle anymore and to be treated politely and professionally. I wouldnt recommend First Financial Bank to anyone!
