Do not rent from Tks or you will regret. My roomates and I rented a house from them and had to put up with a loud raccoon living in the walls and in the roof of the house. We called Tks repeatedly and were assured that they would send someone out. After two months, no one came out to check on the raccoon. This thing was so loud too. It would wake us up at night, banging within the roof. My roomate had to borrow a raccoon trap from his uncle and we eventually caught it and let it loose in Kentucky. But because Tks still hadn't patched up the roof, another one moved in when spring time came around.
We also had a problem where the flusher on the toilet broke. This happened about three months before we moved out. We called repeatedly and were even told once that their maintanance men were "building a Popeye's Chicken." Whatever that means!?! We had to rig the toilet so we could pull a string and it would flush.
They tried to charge us for a bunch of bogus stuff when we moved out, including a water bill. When we moved to our new place, we had the utilities accounts transfered to that house. We left no bills unpaid.
I have experienced four different renting companies around the Cincinnati area and this is the only one I would stay away from. AVOID TKS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
