Chelly Tufts purchased artwork for her office in April 2007 written on a SKY Bank account "Chelly Tuft OB/GYN SERVICES,LLC for $306.50 and for $84.00. The checks are written to Art Express. Chelly Tufts personally signed the checks and took receipt of the artwork. Art Express has tried to collect on these funds. Her office does not return phone calls nor do they reply to mail.
