Summit Credit Union although has nice and friendly tellers is unsuccessful as a business. So far in the year that I've had my credit card there I've had to call in over 7 times due to my card being declined when I had more than half my limit left. Just yesterday while making an online purchase I was told I had the wrong PIN number. Today I went to check my balance online and once again their online was down. Three times this year since being a member I went into a branch and their whole system was down so I was unable to withdraw my requested amount of money knowing it was in their because they could not see my balance. If these instances has occurred once... no big but it seems to happen OFTEN. UNRELIABLE FINANCIAL.
