This is a terrible place to leave your animals,
the front desk is only a reflection of the care your animals will receive.
Hopefully you wont encounter the care my pet received while I was on my vacation
enjoy myself, only is be left in a dirty cage, not fed the special diet I requested,
lost several pounds in weight, which is alot in an animal.
My pet was dirty and wet, and eager to leave this wonderful resort.
Nobody had any answers, from the man who took care of my pet all the way up to the owner who was very rude.
Perhaps I should have listened to the negative complaints before I learned by my own error.
