DO NOT take your clothes here... They are nasty to deal and do not keep their promises. They ruined my dress and my friend's dress, and would not take full responsibility for them. The manager actually cussed at me, not worth the cheap prices.
Another person says...
Let me start off by saying that I did NOT drop off my clothing to this cleaners...my husband took the liberty of doing this task ftor me. Had I seen the deplorable conditions in this shop, I would have ran my clothes right back to my car to drop them off at one of the many cleaners down the road. The shop keeps the front doors open at all times and does not provide air conditioning to it's employees....even in August! They are lucky if they have 5 fans between all of them!! When my husband came home with my drycleaning, I noticed two small stains on one of my favorite shirts that was not there when he dropped it off. When I returned the shirt, they told me that they would remove the stains and asked me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. When I returned the next day, the stains had not been removed. When I informed the lady about this, she literally snatched the shirt from me, filled out another receipt, and told me to come back the next day-without even offering an apology. When I came back to retreieve the shirt (for the 3rd time) the stains were still there. The owner, Jon Turner, admitted that the stains were caused from my shirt's reaction to the dry cleaning chemicals that his company uses. Jon stated that he would show me a book (tucked away from consumer's view) that explains chemical stains....but that he did not have time to talk to me until the next day. When I replied that I have had this shirt dry cleaned at several other drycleaners and never had any problems with stains, Jon Turner told me that he was done arguing with me and offered to give me $10.00 credit toward future drycleaning. When I told him that I would never be returning back to his store, he replied that he was glad to hear that an "uneducated consumer" would not be returning to his establishment. Jon then turned his back toward me and walked away without so much as an apology. I have learned the lesson that "you get what you pay for." Trust me...it's not worth it. BEWARE!
