Classy place at the new Ritz location downtown named after former Bronco's QB John Elway. Great date place or to meet up with colleagues, & pretty expensive. Bronx Tale star Chaz Palminteri was there this week after a showing in Denver.

Pretty good stuff. They have some wheat germ pancakes with bananas baked in that are very tasty. My buddy had the typical, eggs & bacon type breakfast and said it was good. Nice inside & good service, been to one of the other locations and had a similar experience.

Wing Zone is different from every other wing place I have tried because they have these giant wings with lots of meat on them. I ordered 15 wings and I couldn't finish them. The wings were crispy and had lots of sauce on them. I ordered the hot garlic sauce and fell in love with that flavor. The employees were helpful and friendly. I will definately order from them again.

Awesome coffee and drinks... great coffee shop atmosphere... slow lunch service.

Paris on the Platte has long been a favorite haunt for Denverites -- especially college students. Their drinks - my favorite is the almond milk (nice caramelized top) - are superb and a great way to warm up on a snowy Denver day.

I also really enjoy their pizza. But, have to say that the lunch service on the few times I've checked them out is pretty slow. If you have some time, it's worth the wait.

The atmosphere is classic coffee shop pre-Starbucks invasion. Grab a table and use their free internet to set up shop for a few hours. Order a pitcher of hot chocolate or coffee and a pastry and you'll be set for a productive caffeinated afternoon.

This is a real gem in Denver's lower Highlands neighborhood. You'll almost always find one of the owners behind the counter. I anxiously waited for Masterpiece to open and have been there pretty much every week since then.

A particular awesome menu item is the Cubano, although the smoked turkey is a close second.

Masterpiece has a cool location at the foot of the I-25 pedestrian bridge, a quick pedal from the Platte River bike path and a stroll from downtown. On a nice day, check out the patio. They even set out water for your four-legged lunch companions.

Love thin crust pizza?  Protos needs to be on your radar.  Although it's a bit pricey, the quality of their Napoletana-style pizza can't be beat in Denver.  

If you haven't had clam pizza, make plans to swing by Proto's for a pie for this Friday-only special.  OMG, it's a huge yum and sure to delight foodies and their friends.  There is a good wine selection to match with your pie.

I do wish that there was a broader salad selection, if only so that I can justify eating their desserts more often.

I had a great meal at Wok Uptown Chinese...the dining room was rather small but clean, cozy and comfortable. Their Curry Shrimp was excellent with brown rice. My wife's Drunken Beef noodle dish was delicious as well. I like that they use big prawns, fresh ingredients and no MSG. Our server was friendly and provided exceptional service. My favorite Chinese restaurant in Denver right now.

Can't get enough of that green chili, if you haven't had it, you need to try it.  Oh and don't forget the enchi's try it with green chili!!!!
