Sida's is a horrible service!!!! The wife who does the billing does not tell you when prices goes up or down. It is at her mercy!! She has no respect for you as a customer! She is rude and very mouthy!!! I asked her to make sure that the bushes in from of the house are touched up every visit. Her answer was that her husband ( who does the work) will decided what is to be done. I told her I am requesting for it to be done. She said then I will have to do it myself. That they only do what they want to. Also they refuse to pull weeds. They try to say that you owe them more money; even when you can show them that you have paid them upto date!!! When she does not have an answer of why you still owe money she says it is a one time charge. But has no answer to what that one time charge is for. The only good thing is that the do show up every two weeks. The only issue is that they may only blow. I would not recommend using them. But if you do not mind paying high prices for them doing nothing. Then have fun!!!!
