Horrendous! I have not had heat for a month!!! They are rude and don't fix anything at all unless you threaten legal action. I had to report them to the city today due to lack of responsiveness in fixing my heat, my ceiling after a leak, my carpet after the same leak, my banister, etc. They are terrible and no one should use their services.

Great, Honest company and your contact info is wrong.
Check their website.

This truly was a stress free move. The crew showed up on time and was very polite. We had a big move with multiple pick up locations and A LOT of nice wood furniture. Not to mention a 100 year old piano. Everything was placed into the truck caringly, but efficiently. The crew utilized their time well, and was personable and kind. I will never use another moving company. Fischer Van Lines will move my stuff for life!

WORST EVER! Check the Better Business Bureau complaints. They charge 4% extra just to use a credit card and may demand cash in the middle of a move to get belongings back. Stay away.

Horrible Management. Slow to respond to request but quick to charge you fees for anything and everything. High rent increases. Overrated and Overcharged. Leaks in ceilings, cheap paint, cheap fixtures, and cheap appliances. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with this place. Treat long time residents like dirt - no respect.

Truth of the matter is, our "potential" customer had us complete 2 on site meetings (1-1/2 hour commute to the mountains), 2 off site meetings (downtown Denver) and 3 revisions to the specifications. All the while assuring us that he would pay for all of these items and our time if we did not come to a conclusion and a signed contract (at which point the services would be free).
Obviously, we didn't get the job and probably for the best. Free estimates are still our protocol. If we do come across a customer needing more than 2 revisions, we sign an "Intent to hire" agreement simply stating that we will be paid for our time if a contract is not signed.
Our business is not in the bait and switch category as it seems our "potential" customer has done in this case. Check us out if interested www.EpicDimensionBuilders.com

Asked these guys to provide an estimate which they said was free, then tried to revise the estimate and come to a middle ground but they demanded too much. Walked away and never signed a contract with them. Then got a bill for each meeting and the estimate. Don't trust a word they say because they have a motive behind it. Seem to try and accommodate your needs but really only care about their pocket books.

I do not recommend using Epic Dimension Builders, i would stay far far away

I would strongly recommend not using Storage Masters, even if there price is a little lower than competitors. We rented a unit for them for a year while we were out of the country and when we returned it was clear that at least a foot of standing water had damaged our property. We were told by management that there was a flash flood in August and that lots of units had damage but they weren't responsible. While they are not indeed responsible for acts of nature they could have at least called us and notified us of the situation when it happened and not let our stuff sit in water for three months till we discovered it. As it is they have expressed no remorse at all and provided terrible customer service. Also, though we had insurance, flood damage is not usually covered in Colorado unless you specifically make sure you have it. The whole experience is a nightmare and we paid $91 a month to have our stuff ruined with no compensation at all.

Valiant hires many employees to tele-market hotels. The business is built on harassing hotel owners to pay higher than average prices on items they need. Valiant does not have a customer service department, all post sale issues go back to the "sales rep" who is not allowed to help if something is wrong. Stay clear of this bad business.

Buildings are well maintained, some have solar energy, landlord is caring and keeps a safe, clean environment. Landlord is comical, he wears funny hats and lederhosen and is appreciated by almost every tenant.
