I will never use this company again! I had a water stop valve replaced and I was charged $382!!! Keep looking they aren't worth it! I was under the impression that the service cost as much as I was charged, however, I was sadly mistaken. After complaining through the website, I was told I had to pay for the profit and operating expenses of the company! I later realized I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I later called 4 other 24/7 plumbing companies and I could have paid at the MOST $200 less than I was charged. Please keep looking, don't settle for Atech. They make sure you pay for each and every expense they incur. You can get the exact same service for fair market value. Don't call this company!!! Call at your own risk, make sure you receive quotes from other companies as well!
