Avoid this merchant if you want to save yourself money and a hassle. The owner (there is an owner who employs just a couple other people) came to our house to fix a problem that I explained to him on the phone, and then he claimed that he couldn't do it. However, he still charged us the $85 fee and was extremely rude. Something may be wrong with him. After speaking with him 3 times to complain, he said he would give me $42 back as a refund. I eventually got it, but I found out he lied about when he sent the refund through after I called his credit card servicing company. So sketchy.
